What you should know:
All sessions are by appointment only. Every session is approximately 60 minutes which includes intake form, time on the Reiki table receiving the treatment, and discussion.
In-person sessions are $75 each. A partial payment is required when booking an in-person session. Phone Sessions are $50 and are the only sessions that are fully paid at time of booking online.

Reiki With Intuitive Energy Reading
I will begin the session by turning on soft music and beginning to get to a relaxed state myself so I can send healing energy (Reiki) starting at the top of your head. You may feel my hands over your head with very light pressure. The deepening/relaxation part of the session will start. I will tell you to imagine a color flowing through your body relaxing you and helping you to begin to feel more like you are meditating. I will encourage you to let go of any thoughts, feelings, or emotions that may make it difficult for you to relax and heal. I will have you focus on the sound of my voice and the music to help clear your mind.
After the deepening, I will begin to tell you what I am feeling from your energy starting with the crown chakra, and your mind. After the crown and third eye, I move to the other chakras, hovering over most of them with my hands, while explaining what I am feeling for you. I may place my hands on your shoulders, sides, hands, knees, ankles, and feet to help you to receive the Reiki. I usually pick up what the mind is going through first (overthinking, doubts, fears, wants/desires). Moving next to each of the other chakras to get more information based on what chakra it is. I see, feel, and hear things for you that I will share. I will also explain how I see each chakra in my mind so you understand better what I am saying. I incorporate all that I have learned in this work when reading someone’s energy. I can then help you to make the changes you may want to make to help you be who you are meant to be in this life.
Reiki With Hypnosis
We will discuss what you wish to release and what you want or need in your life once you have filled out the intake form. You may have an intention for what you want from the session. For example, I intend to be more relaxed, and carefree in my life. I will begin the session by turning on soft music and beginning to get to a relaxed state myself so I can send healing energy (Reiki) starting at the top of your head. You may feel my hands over your head with very light pressure.
The deepening/relaxation part of the session will now start. I will tell you to imagine a color flowing through your body. This color going through all your muscles, nerves and, cells to help you relax and begin to feel more like you are meditating. I will encourage you to let go of any thoughts, feelings, or emotions that may make it difficult for you to relax and heal. I will have you focus on the sound of my voice and the music to help clear your mind. After the deepening, I will begin guiding you through what will feel like a meditation.
I will have you imagine a beautiful place where you can release the energies you wish to (anxiety, stress, doubts, fears, etc.). This place will be the perfect spot to truly imagine yourself letting go of what no longer serves you. I will then have you pull in all the energies you wish to have. (happiness, joy, passion, feelings of being complete, relaxation, etc.) These will all be positive words or affirmations. You will meet your ideal self. This is the self you strive to be. You will see and feel yourself having all that you want or need. You will receive Reiki the entire time. I end the session by calling in your spiritual support group while you are still in a deepened state. These are all of your angels, archangels, spirit guides, animal guides, and any loved ones that may have crossed before you. I give a few moments to feel, see or hear anything from them.
Traditional Reiki Treatment

You may feel my hands over your head with very light pressure. The deepening/relaxation part of the session will now start. I will tell you to imagine a color flowing through your body. This color going through all your muscles, nerves, and cells to help you relax and begin to feel more like you are meditating. I will encourage you to let go of any thoughts, feelings, or emotions that may make it difficult for you to relax and heal. I will have you focus on the sound of my voice and the music to help clear your mind. After the deepening, I will move from the head to other areas of the body. I will hover over or place my hands on each area I am led to. Shoulders, arms, chest, belly, hands, legs, hips, feet, and knees are some examples. I will be guided by the hand positions I was taught, but also by my intuition and your energy telling me where to go. I will feel things like what I feel in my Reiki with Intuitive Energy Read session, but I will focus solely on the healing and not on describing what I am feeling to you.
This session allows the Reiki to be the sole focus which is very important for continued healing. Due to this I often recommend my Reiki with Intuitive Energy Reading first. This gives you a chance to see what I have to offer and to see how well we connect before a traditional Reiki healing. Of course, this is just a recommendation and I encourage you to choose what you feel drawn to do for your healing journey.
Phone Session
After looking over the sessions offered you can choose to do one over the phone. Enjoy the peace of your own space while receiving healing energy and more! You can let me know which service you want on the short intake form that I will send out one day before the appointment. I recommend the hypnosis or the energy reading, but if you would like the traditional reiki that works too!
