This video is a sampling of my Reiki with Hypnosis service. This is created for the general public so it is not exactly what you will experience but can be a good introduction to Hypnosis. Sessions with me are of course, much more personal.

Choose to watch the imagery in the video or close your eyes and visualize what I am saying. You can also switch from looking at the images to then closing your eyes to focus on the words. Zoning out while looking at the images can help to allow your conscious mind to quiet while listening to my voice. The images can help those who struggle to visualize in their mind as well.
